Reliable home health staff members will work to identify the client’s indicators for a potential mental health crisis and develop successful strategies of de-escalation.
245D Services
Reliable Home Health is a licensed 245D provider of Adult Companion, Homemaker, Night Supervision, Personal Support, Respite, ILS Training, In-Home Family Support, and Care giver living expense.
PCA Services
A PCA worker may assist the person ADLs: Examples include: Dressing , Grooming, and Bathing. Staff may also, accompany client to medical appointments, accompany to participate in the community.
